Initial Assessment & Treatment For TMD
You can expect a professional and relaxing consultation and TMJ treatment.
Your initial session will include:
- A review of your health history
- Physical assessment of the jaw and neck muscles
- Creation and explanation of your treatment plan
- Massage treatment to loosen muscles and provide relief
- Reassess range of motion and pain levels
- Overview of self-care exercises
90 Minute: $205 +HST
To provide maximum protection against the spread of viruses, the RMT will be wearing PPE when working within the mouth’s tissues.
Subsequent TMJ Massage Treatments
After your initial treatment, you can expect follow-up sessions to assess and continue to reduce and relieve your TMJ symptoms.
Your follow-up sessions will include:
- Review of post-treatment symptoms or soreness
- Review any challenges you’re experiencing
- Examination of your range of motion post-treatment
- An intra-oral TMJ massage treatment
- Review any self-care challenges and exercises
60 Minute Massage: $150 +HST

75 Minute: $143.00 + HST

General Massage Therapy Treatment
After your initial treatment, you can expect follow-up sessions as part of a treatment plan to reduce and relieve the symptoms of your condition.
Whether that is chronic tension in your neck and shoulders from long hours at the computer. Pain relief from a pinched nerve. Or taking an hour to relax and unwind.
60 Minute Massage: $112.00+ HST

Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage – 60 Minutes
An Indie Head Massage uses soothing massage techniques, and heated oil to melt away tension in every inch of your scalp, jaw, neck and shoulders. The hot towels at the end are the cherry on top. This treatment is excellent for those with headaches, jaw tension, or needing time to relax. It’s a cozy escape that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
*NOTE* Warm oil will be poured in your hair, please be mindful of this when booking.
Price $137 +HST
Booking
The clinic requires a credit card on file to hold your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a missed/cancelled appointment with less than 48 hrs.

Please complete this form for patients who could benefit from TMJ assessment and treatment. When the information is received by The TMJ Clinic we will reach out to the patient to book the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is required. Appointments that are cancelled with less than the specified notice, or missed appointments (No Show) will have their credit card billed for the full treatment fee. Gift certificates will be void if less than 48 hours is not provided for cancellation.
